Northfield Contractor Services ("Northfield", "I") runs northfieldcs.com. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it.

What I collect

When you send the request form, I receive your name, company, email address, what you're interested in and any note you add. I don't ask for phone numbers, and the site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How I use it

Only to reply to your request and, if you become a client, to provide the service. I don't sell, rent or share your information for anyone else's marketing.

Services that help run the site

• FormSubmit delivers form submissions to my email.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
• Google Fonts and Unsplash serve the fonts and some photos, so your browser contacts their servers when the page loads.
• Google Workspace stores my email.

How long I keep it

Requests that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal records.

Your choices

Email victor@northfieldcs.com to see, correct or delete what I have about you, or to stop hearing from me. I'll take care of it within 10 business days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
