Terms of service

These terms cover services from Northfield Contractor Services ("Northfield", "I"), run by Victor Arellano in El Paso, Texas. Each client also signs a written services agreement. If anything here differs from that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Plans and pricing

• Starter: $297 per month. Growth: $597 per month.
• Setup fee: $250, waived for the first 5 clients.
• Bid review: $125 each (2 a month included on Growth).
• Winter Keep-Warm: $149 per month, December to February, for existing clients.

Prices are in US dollars. What each plan includes is listed on the home page and in the services agreement.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, by card or bank transfer. A prepaid year is billed up front at 10 months' price for 12 months of service. If a payment fails and stays unpaid for 10 days, work pauses until it's paid.

Minimum term and cancellation

• Plans have a 6-month minimum, then continue month to month.
• After the minimum, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email to victor@northfieldcs.com.
• To cancel during the minimum, you pay for the current month plus one more month, or the remaining months of the minimum if that's less. There are no other cancellation fees.
• The free 30-day pilot can be ended by either side at any time, and nothing is owed.

Refunds

• Missed work: if a weekly post or a review-reply deadline is missed in a month, that month's plan fee is credited toward the next month, or refunded if it's your last month.
• Prepaid year: if you cancel early, unused months are refunded at the regular monthly price, minus any discount already received.
• Bid reviews: refunded if the notes aren't delivered within 2 business days.
• Monthly fees for work already done and the setup fee aren't refundable otherwise.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

No guarantees of results

Google controls rankings, which reviews stay up and whether profiles are restricted. Northfield doesn't promise rankings, calls or sales. Northfield follows Google's rules and never writes fake reviews, pays for reviews or asks only happy customers.

Your control

You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile and can remove Northfield at any time. Posts and replies made for you stay on your profile.
